1. Introduction
Welcome to TBS PRO 1, operated by Total Business Solution (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging with our sales, marketing, and recruiting services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
We offer comprehensive B2B solutions including, but not limited to:
Sales consulting and business development
Marketing strategy, execution, and support
Recruitment services and onboarding program customization
All services are provided as agreed in the service contract or proposal shared with the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.
Cooperate with TBS PRO 1 during the engagement to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Respect all intellectual property rights associated with provided materials, content, or strategies.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement or invoice.
Late payments may incur additional charges as stated in the service agreement.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive business information shared during the engagement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
Any strategies, materials, reports, or content developed by TBS PRO 1 during the engagement shall remain the intellectual property of Total Business Solution unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
TBS PRO 1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement. Outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date shall remain due.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
10. Amendments
